Delhi HC blast: Police arrested 3 people in Kishtwar

Police arrested three people on Thursday, including the owner of an Internet cafe in Kishtwar, Jammu& Kashmir over an email allegedly claiming responsibility for the blast in Delhi High Court.
Investigators traced the Harkat-ul-Jehadi Islami email claiming responsibility for the blast to Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir.
