“I will not die till the Lokpal bill is passed”. These were the words of the resolute Anna Hazare who has superimposed himself on the imagination of the countrymen. As the Gandhian Anna Hazare’s slogans ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’,‘Vande Mataram’ and‘Inquilab Zindabad’ echoed through Delhi’s Ramlila Maidan, the whole crowd repeated them in unison. On the tenth day of his continuous fast, the defiant Anna seemed to have been actually empowered by the swelling support of his countrymen. As he rightly says-‘Aap sab ki urja mil rahi hai muje’. More than him it is the countrymen who are deriving strength from him, unshackling themselves of complacency.
