Gandhian activist Anna Hazare on Thursday set three conditions to end his 10-day fast. The three conditions are firstly the Parliament should start discussing on the institution of Lokayuktas, secondly Parliament should start discussing the adopting of citizens'charter and thirdly the Parliament should start discussing to get lower bureaycracy in Lokpal.
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said that he was ready to debate all versions of Lokpal Bill. Addressing the Lok Sabha, Dr Singh said that fighting corruption is a collective national responsibility and there is a need to find a credible solution to tackle it.
The core committee of Team Anna Hazare met and discussed Prime Minister's fresh offer that the Jan Lokpal Bill will be considered by Parliament and his request to the Gandhian to end his hunger strike.
The meeting at Ramlila Maidan this afternoon was attended by Hazare, Shanti Bhushan, Kiran Bedi, Medha Patkar and others.
